Job Details

Jefferson Health is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery to join our growing, high-volume academic trauma program at our Level I Trauma Center. This is an exceptional opportunity to practice in a dynamic, collegial environment with the support of a fully accredited Orthopedic Surgery Residency Program.

Job Description

  • Dedicated trauma and block OR time Monday–Friday

  • 1:5 call schedule, with residents taking first call

  • Postoperative clinic and resident support provided

  • Dedicated APC

  • Approximately 320 operative cases per year

  • Excellent infrastructure and collaboration across trauma, orthopedics, anesthesia, and critical care teams

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Highly competitive base salary with RVU-based incentive structure

Qualifications:

  • M.D. or D.O. degree

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery

  • 2-3 years of experience preferred

  • Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma Surgery

  • Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

  • Commitment to education, research, and excellence in patient care
