Heiler Painting is hiring a Painter’s Apprentice to join our growing team. If you have construction experience and want to build a long-term career in painting, this is a great opportunity to learn from experienced professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment.
Pay & Benefits:
- $20–$22 per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do:
- Assist painters with prep work (sanding, patching, priming, masking)
- Help with interior and exterior residential painting projects
- Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites
- Work on ladders and at heights as needed
- Learn professional painting techniques on the job
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of construction experience or 1+ year of painting experience
- Comfortable with heights and working on ladders
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work well on a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
