Bartender (Part-Time)

Job Summary 

As a part-time Bartender at the Stateside Vodka Bar, you’ll craft high-quality cocktails, deliver a standout guest experience, and help bring the Stateside brand to life in a fast-paced, welcoming environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide an exceptional and engaging experience for all guests at the bar.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages with accuracy, consistency, and attention to presentation.
• Perform daily bar prep including batching, juicing, and ingredient preparation.
• Assist in developing and executing seasonal cocktail menus 3–4 times per year.
• Proactively handle guest issues with professionalism and represent the Stateside brand with pride.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately using the Toast POS system.
• Adhere to all alcohol service laws and responsible beverage practices.

Requirements: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of bartending experience.
• Willingness and ability to work nights and weekends.
• Valid alcohol service certification (as required by state/local law).
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer use.
• Military experience is a plus.

Shift:

• Saturdays 6pm-12am
• Sundays 12pm-8pm

Compensation 

• $10 USD per hour plus tips.
