Basic Life Support certification is required, and the position offers a salary of $15 per hour, with a preference for candidates having at least one year of experience.

The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is responsible for providing nursing care to patients under the supervision and direction of a registered nurse. Incumbents perform routine direct patient care activities following established policies and procedures in a manner conducive to the safety and comfort of the patient. The PCT performs observations of patients and reports changes in patient condition to the registered nurse. The PCT performs specific skills including phlebotomy and point of care testing (POCT).
