What You'll Do

As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll provide comprehensive respiratory care to pediatric patients across a variety of inpatient settings while working closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality respiratory care to infants, children, and adolescents
  • Managing mechanical ventilation and advanced respiratory therapies
  • Administering oxygen therapy, specialty gases, and aerosolized medications
  • Performing arterial blood gas analysis and patient assessments
  • Providing chest physiotherapy and other respiratory treatments
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans
  • Participating in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education
  • Delivering compassionate, family-centered care with every patient interaction
