About The Position
A prestigious health system in Pennsylvania is seeking a Gastroenterology Physician for an ongoing locum tenens assignment. This opportunity offers a competitive earning potential and the chance to work in a vibrant university town with a range of entertainment and outdoor activities.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Flexible - 1-2 weeks per month or full-time with 24-hour call
- Practice Settings: Inpatient and outpatient, with strong support staff
- Patient Load: 12-15 patients per day (Outpatient: 8-10)
- EMR: Meditech Expanse
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Gastroenterology
- ACLS Certification
- Pennsylvania state licensure
- Comfortable with endoscopy/colonoscopy (ERCP/EUS a plus)
