As a key member of the sleep marketing team, the Senior Product Manager will lead execution across multiple channels on the HCP Marketing Team for Xywav. This role will include leveraging data to make informed executional decisions relating to both disease education and branded campaigns and focus on leading execution for sales force materials, non-personal promotion, performance reporting across both initially, and can expand into other areas of priority as the business needs. Serving as a team player, showing up as a leader and demonstrating the Jazz corporate values daily will be critical success factors to the role.   

 

Core Functions & Expectations: Seeking a team-player who can flex both strategic and tactical expertise across non-personal and personal HCP efforts to deliver on brand objectives. This person will report to the HCP marketing lead for Xywav. 

 

  • Sales Force Materials: Lead approval process and execution of the majority of sales force materials and support team in executing against brand strategy 

  • Speaker Bureau: Lead approval process andexecution efforts relating to speaker bureau, including: updating/evolving content, managing speakers and training events, and evaluating effectiveness of programs 

  • Non-Personal Promotion: Lead approval process and execution of NPP media assets, and support team in achieving media goals and objectives 

  • Operations: Lead coordination and planning of PMRC reviews relating to applicable work; responsible for applicable HCP marketing budget management, including managing work orders, accrual process, applicable forecast lines; work with cross-functional teams including commercial services and finance department, as needed. Working cross functionally to plan and coordinate efforts across sales meetings. 

  • Marketing Plan Execution: Work with the marketing team and other functions to execute and refine HCP tactical plan with the goal of driving adoption of the product among target audiences; participate in the development and execution of the annual brand planning process.  Build, coordinate, and orchestrate a cross-functional view of full market activities and activations. 

  • Performance Measurement: Lead the development and coordination of performance measurement and reporting across responsible assets and KPIs to ensure asset messaging/campaign/creative is effectively delivering on brand objectives 

  • Strategic Thinking: Think strategically across indications to identify opportunities to align and further complement efforts to maximize investments 

  • Brand and Company Stewardship:Represent the brand vision and marketing team objectives at all times; adhere to regulatory, medical and compliance marketing parameters, and contribute to the team’s positive culture 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related discipline; MBA is desirable 

  • 5+ years previous US pharmaceutical HCP marketing experience 

  • Demonstrated record of effectively working in cross-functional team

  • Strong teamwork skills 

  • Demonstrated strong communication skills 

  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities

  • Demonstrated strong analytical, planning, project management and organizational skills 

  • Pharmaceutical career progression demonstrating growth in responsibility and scope, particularly in commercial positions 

  • The position will be primarily home based, with the expectation that the person is willing to travel to meetings as necessary    

 

Preferred:  

  • Specialty pharmaceutical marketing experience 

  • HCP personal and non-personal marketing experience

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices and we strive to provide employees with total compensation packages that are market competitive. For this role, the full and complete base pay range is: $134,400.00 - $201,600.00

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, and other pertinent factors. The goal is to ensure fair and competitive compensation aligned with the candidate's expertise and contributions, within the established pay framework and our Total Compensation philosophy. Internal equity considerations will also influence individual base pay decisions. This range will be reviewed on a regular basis.

At Jazz, your base pay is only one part of your total compensation package. The successful candidate may also be eligible for a discretionary annual cash bonus or incentive compensation (depending on the role), in accordance with the terms of the Company's Global Cash Bonus Plan or Incentive Compensation Plan, as well as discretionary equity grants in accordance with Jazz's Long Term Equity Incentive Plan.
