We are seeking a polished, professional, and customer-service-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at a luxury Class A residential community. This role serves as a key support position for the property management office and is often the first point of contact for residents and guests. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional resident experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests, and prospective residents in a warm and professional manner
• Answer phones, emails, and general resident inquiries promptly and courteously
• Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the management team
• Conduct follow-up calls with new move-ins to ensure resident satisfaction and address any concerns
• Assist with work order coordination and follow up with residents regarding maintenance requests
• Walk new residents to their apartment homes during move-in and provide a welcoming introduction to the community
• Support day-to-day administrative operations within the leasing and management office
• Maintain organized resident records, keys, and office documentation
• Assist with resident events, communications, and overall resident relations initiatives
• Coordinate with concierge, maintenance, and leasing teams to ensure smooth property operations
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance of the front office and common areas

Qualifications

• Prior experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or administrative support preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor and positive attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service in a luxury residential environment
