As a Warehouse Associate Coordinator, you will contribute to the success of PBUS by supervising day-to-day warehouse operations across an assigned shift within the business unit. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, continuous process improvement, service excellence, and safety performance.
The Warehouse Associate Coordinator oversees receiving, shipping, and material handling activities while providing leadership, coaching, and support to frontline associates to ensure warehouse operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations across a rotating shift schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs require.
- Maintain accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD delivery.
- Monitor and track loads to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Verify pallet counts and maintain proper pallet configuration standards.
- Ensure in-line adjustments are properly completed and utilized for all pallets.
- Provide coaching and guidance to Pickers on pallet-building best practices.
- Partner with the Product Availability Supervisor (PAS) to provide feedback on workflow, loading issues, and development opportunities for Pickers and Loaders.
- Coordinate Picker and Loader teams to meet operational priorities and productivity expectations.
- Identify priorities and allocate resources effectively to support warehouse operations.
- Assess team capabilities and support skill development for warehouse associates.
- Recommend and support process improvements to drive operational efficiency and service excellence.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and operational compliance.

Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $39,500 - $63,100.
- Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- 1 -2 years of experience working in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
- 1–2 years of experience leading, coaching, or coordinating frontline warehouse associates or teams.
- 1–2 years of experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or warehouse distribution operations.
