Summary:Gratz is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picking and Inventory Associate to join our Picking and Inventory team on 1st Shift, reporting to the Picking and Inventory Lead. This is an entry-level position responsible for receiving, moving, cycle counting, and organizing inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and takes initiative to creatively improve daily operations.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, transfer and put away incoming shipments (systematically and physically).
  • Accurately count, label, and stock inventory in designated warehouse and bin locations.
  • Update inventory movement using our ERP, Epicor.
  • Pick items for orders and place them in the designated area.
  • Conduct routine cycle counts and correct discrepancies.
  • Keep storage and work areas clean and organized.
  • Assist team members and other departments with inventory-related requests and other tasks as needed.



Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, count, and record information accurately.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory software.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience in driving a forklift
  • Ability to transit between multiple manufacturing/warehouse sites.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or stockroom setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management or barcode scanning systems.



Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
  • Work performed in a warehouse environment that may include varying temperatures.
