Registered Nurses assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. RNs also administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or disabled patients and may advise patients on health maintenance and disease prevention or provide basic case management. Provide direct patient care as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established nursing protocols. Registered Nurses monitors, records, and reports systems or changes in patients' conditions.

 

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) implements, evaluates, and documents patient care as directed by the Charge Nurse RN. The LPN participates in the orientation of new employees. Patients serviced at Philip Health Services (PHS) include infant, pediatric, adult, geriatric, and ER. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care as prescribed within standard nursing practice guidelines and in full compliance with established LPN scope. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) monitors records, and reports symptoms or changes in the patients' conditions. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) collaborates with members of multidisciplinary health care teams to plan, manage, or assess patient treatments. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) acts in a professional manner positively represents Philip Health Services, Inc., and pursues opportunities for personal growth
