Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a General Practice Veterinarian for Harmony Hospital in Phillipsburg, New Jersey.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Provide comprehensive medical care for companion animals, primarily dogs and cats
• Perform routine surgical procedures and preventive wellness care
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions using advanced diagnostic equipment
• Collaborate with an experienced veterinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Educate pet owners on treatment plans, preventative care, and long-term wellness
• Opportunity to support nearby hospital locations as needed within the regional network

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary Starting at $125,000
• Total Earning Potential Up to $300,000
• Performance-Based Commission

SCHEDULE

Requirements

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree REQUIRED
• Active New Jersey Veterinary License or Eligibility to Obtain REQUIRED
• 3-5 Years of Small Animal Veterinary Experience REQUIRED
• Experience Treating Dogs and Cats REQUIRED
• Proficiency Performing Routine Surgical Procedures REQUIRED
• Strong Diagnostic and Clinical Skills REQUIRED
• Ability to Participate in Weekend and Emergency Coverage REQUIRED
• Excellent Client Communication and Compassionate Patient Care REQUIRED
• Ability to Thrive in a Collaborative Team Environment REQUIRED
