In your first year with TI, you will participate in the Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which provides professional and technical training and resources to accelerate your ramp into TI and set you up for long-term career success. Within this program, we also offer function-specific technical training and on-the-job learning opportunities that will encourage you to solve problems through a variety of hands-on, meaningful experiences from your very first day on the job.

As a Design Verification Engineer in this role, you will be part of a team responsible for verifying high-performance analog power ICs. Our team builds automated testbenches to verify logical functionality, electrical parameters, performance, and reliability of custom high-volume chips. This is a great opportunity to work with worldwide leading customers and develop cutting-edge solutions for power management circuits in a variety of industries, including data center and automotive applications.

As a Design Verification Engineer in the business, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing detailed verification plans while working closely with design and systems teams to ensure first-pass silicon success

  • Building testbench and automation solutions that support verification of analog IC behavior prior to tapeout

  • Verifying analog designs against datasheets, system-level use cases, and customer usability requirements

  • Running simulations and coverage regressions to meet defined verification goals

  • Tracking and communicating verification status, issues, and concerns

  • Contributing to continuous improvements for quality and efficiency in DV strategy, tools, methods, and flows

  • Creating and maintaining behavioral models of analog circuits under the guidance of senior engineers
