  • Help test and balance fly systems before project completion

Who We're Looking For

  • Technical aptitude and comfortable working with their hands

  • Detail oriented individuals with strong problem-solving abilities

  • Safety conscientious and comfortable working at heights & able to lift 50 lbs.

  • Reliable, hardworking, and hungry to learn and understand systems and equipment

  • Experience in construction, carpentry, stage production, or technical work is a plus

  • Consistent team player and loves to learn and take pride in excellence in execution

Bonus Experience

  • Theater rigging or stagehand work

  • Wire rope / cable installation

  • OSHA 10 Certification

  • Structural or technical installation

  • Scissor lift or boom lift operation

  • Read blue prints and equipment schematics
