We are committed to delivering quality plumbing and hardware products while supporting the success of our customers and team.   Job Summary The Analytics Intern will work closely with the Analytics and E-Commerce teams to support data-driven business initiatives and operational decision-making. This role will assist with gathering, organizing, and analyzing business data to help improve processes, monitor performance, and support reporting needs across departments. This internship provides hands-on experience in business analytics, reporting, data management, and operational analysis. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.   Key Responsibilities   Data Analytics & Reporting Support Assist with gathering, cleaning, organizing, and validating business data from various systems and sources. Support the creation, maintenance, and enhancement of reports, dashboards, and ETL pipelines. Analyze trends and performance metrics related to sales, inventory, pricing, and operational performance. Help identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies through data analysis. Collaborate with Analytics and E-Commerce team members to support data-driven decision-making. Assist in monitoring key business metrics and preparing reports for internal stakeholders. Document processes and procedures while helping maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency. Support special projects, analytics initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration as assigned. Perform other duties as assigned.   Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Experience with or willingness to learn data visualization, reporting tools, and analytics platforms. Familiarity with ETL processes, databases, or business intelligence tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain data accuracy. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
