What you’ll do: Â
Provide operations leadership for our Phoenix, AZ Service Center
Report to a Regional Operations Leader and collaborate with peers within your regionÂ
Coach and develop 20+ technical employeesÂ
Coordinate technician and contact labor for job executionÂ
Oversee the daily operations and logistics of the service centerÂ
Ensure the timely maintenance, availability, and reliability of fleet for deploymentÂ
Partner with the sales, fleet, and logistics teamsÂ
Leverage general understanding of power generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, HVAC equipment and/or oil free air compressorsÂ
Act as safety lead for your location including toolbox and safety meetingsÂ
We’re experts, which means you’ll have the following skills and experience
Minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant years of experience preferably in the Power generation and HVAC industry Â
6+ years of relevant operations leadership experienceÂ
6+ years of direct management of technical employees Â
 Manage P&L of 5+ years of reporting and analysis Â
Proficiency in MS Office and prior experience with an ERP systemÂ
Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, safety driven, customer service and Leadership skillsÂ
Strong organizational skills and Skilled at multi-tasking with flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules and shifting prioritiesÂ
