We are currently seeking an Energy Marshall Superintendentfor our Data Center Group in Goodyear, AZ.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as the primary authority for energy isolation and control on-site
  • Enforce LOTO procedures in accordance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and site-specific policies
  • Review and approve energization and de-energization plans
  • Coordinate with contractors, commissioning agents, and operations teams prior to energizing systems
  • Maintain and control energy logs, permits, and documentation
  • Conduct energy safety briefings and toolbox talks
  • Verify proper labeling, barricading, and signage of energized equipment
  • Stop work if unsafe energy conditions are identified
  • Support commissioning, IST, and turnover activities
  • Participate in safety audits and incident investigations

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical or trade background preferred)
  • 5+ years experience in electrical, mechanical, or mission-critical construction environments
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
    • Electrical safety principles
    • Energization sequencing
  • Ability to read single-line diagrams and electrical schematics
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Electrical License or Journeyman/Master Electrician (preferred)
