The right candidate will have experience in managing a team as well as hands-on knowledge. A successful candidate will be detail oriented and can respond quickly and appropriately to any problems that occur on the job site.  Responsibilities:  Manage work crews.  Perform daily image reports  Be familiar with laws concerning safety, health and welfare of building occupants, municipal employees and the public.  Supervise procedures  Ensure that work is done in a timely and cost-effective manner.  Coordinate activities with building management.  QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:  High degree of physical fitness and endurance to complete physical aspects of the job, including the ability to lift objects weighing up to 25kg   Strong work ethic and self-motivation to complete tasks without direct supervision   Execute professionalism in waterproofing works  Good oral and written communication skills  Ability to manage multiple priorities   Flexibility to work extended and non-standard hours as required  Valid driver’s license will be advantageous  Strong understanding of roofing, waterproofing and coatings materials a plus.  Education and Experience:  0-3 years of experience in waterproofing or related field  Physical Requirements:   Required to work outdoors in a wide range of weather conditions  May occasionally meet unpleasant or hazardous materials   May occasionally require safety procedures when working at height.  Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
