In this role, you’ll help ensure projects move efficiently from concept to completion while delivering exceptional service to clients who rely on us for print, marketing, direct mail, and logistics solutions. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator and project coordinator who thrives at the intersection of client service and production. You can manage multiple projects simultaneously, anticipate challenges before they impact timelines, and keep clients, sales teams, and production teams aligned from kickoff through delivery. Experience in print, direct mail, or marketing services is highly valued. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and sales teams throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate projects from order entry through production and delivery Communicate project updates, proofs, approvals, and timelines with clients Review job specifications and artwork to ensure accuracy and alignment with project requirements Open and manage jobs within Prisma's ERP and workflow systems Monitor projects throughout production and proactively address questions or challenges Collaborate with prepress, press, bindery, fulfillment, mailing, shipping, and other departments to ensure successful execution Submit estimate requests and process project changes as needed Support team success by collaborating with fellow Account Managers and cross-functional partners QualificationsQualifications At least 10 years of work experience in deadline-driven environments Experience in print production, print management, direct mail, marketing services, or a related client service environment Strong project management, organizational, and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn business systems and workflow platforms, including Pace, Salesforce, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM, and HubSpot.
