- Build and maintain advanced conversion tracking across platforms using Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tagging solutions.
- Implement and audit event-based tracking, custom conversions, and audience pixels to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues using browser-based debugging tools, GTM preview mode, and platform diagnostics.
- Support first-party data strategies and assist with integration of CRM or offline conversion data into ad platforms.
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards and recurring reports using tools such as Google Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar reporting platforms.
- Compile and deliver clear, insightful post-campaign and in-flight reports that translate raw data into meaningful performance narratives for internal teams and clients.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics including conversions, ROAS, CPA, CTR, viewability, and attribution data.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
- Partner with media planner/buyers, client services, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with broader strategy.
- Participate in client calls and presentations when necessary, confidently communicating technical concepts in accessible, client-friendly language.
- Maintain documentation of campaign specs, tracking setups, and operational processes to support team efficiency and knowledge sharing.
- Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging ad tech tools relevant to campaign performance and measurement.
- 2-5 years of experience in ad operations within an agency environment.
- Advanced proficiency in conversion tracking and tag management, including Google Tag Manager, Google Ads conversion tracking, and Meta Pixel/Conversions API.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, Tableau, or comparable tools.
- Familiarity with programmatic platforms and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360) is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of digital attribution models and multi-touch measurement.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, information systems, or a related field.
