Duties andĀ Responsibilities:Ā
- Direct and motivate a high-performing team to drive revenue growth and exceed targets.Ā
- Serve asĀ primaryĀ strategic lead for the team and line of business.āÆāÆĀ
- Establish andĀ maintainĀ targetĀ listĀ developing client relationships.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Conduct prospecting activities including phone calls, āad calls,ā skills marketing, email, social media, in-person meetings, and other methods.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Generate new job ordersĀ weekly in line with performanceĀ objectives.Ā
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity, notes, and information vital to managing and growing a book of business as well as planning daily activities.āÆāÆāÆĀ
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions across other lines of business and/or national practices asĀ appropriate.āÆāÆāÆĀ

DeterminingĀ compensationĀ for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individualās skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
