Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests in a friendly way and make a great first impression of the store

Take and prepare orders according to brand standards (may vary by location)

Perform cashier duties and reconcile cash

Adhere to safety guidelines

Put away stock as assigned

Set-up and break-down service areas

Ensure 100% customer satisfaction

Maintain clean and sanitized work and public areas

Prep in advance in an organized and timely manner

Qualifications/Requirements

Team player with a high energy, a positive attitude, and great customer service skills

Must be able to be punctual and maintain an assigned work schedule

Must be able to follow and understand the importance of procedures

Regularly required to stand and walk and reach with hands and arms

Occasionally required to bend, stoop, kneel, or crouch

Must be able to perform cleaning duties (wiping tables and equipment, sweeping, and mopping)

Must be able to lift and/or move 10 pounds

Food handler card and slip-resistant shoes required

Must be at least 17 years old

Other Information

Shifts follow the Diamondbacks Home Game schedule with some other events throughout the year

Shifts are mostly evenings, weekends, and some holidays

Parking in the vicinity of the ballpark is not free
