Premion, a leading ā€œOver-the-Topā€ advertising and media business seeks a talented and dedicated Revenue Operations and Monetization Analyst

The Team: This position is part of a larger global Revenue Operations and Monetization team and is responsible for digital programmatic campaign management, maximizing revenue, margin profits, and minimizing liability through inventory control and strategic ad placements. Majority of management members are in New York, New York. We also have traders in our Phoenix office.

The Position: We are seeking a strategic and data-driven digital campaign trader who is responsible for the execution of optimizations for digital campaigns assigned to them. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital campaign management, reading performance analytics with the ability to translate insights into high-impact campaign strategies. The right person for this role must thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced collaborative environment, want an opportunity to make a significant impact and jump at the opportunity to take on new challenges.

Location: Premion is a high growth division of TEGNA with services within Phoenix, AZ, New York City, NY and India. This is a full-time position located in Phoenix, AZ.

POSITION DUTIES

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒA digital programmatic trader is responsible for managing and optimizing online ad campaigns using our proprietary automated bidding platform (SDP) known as PRISM to ensure maximum performance and return on investment (ROI) for clients. This role is a blend of analytical thinking, data analysis, and campaign management.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will be tasked with the monitoring of day-to-day programmatic buys across various channels including connected TV (CTV), display, video, and audio.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will also monitor campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize parameters like bid strategies, client ROI, ad frequency, and delivery.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will proactively identify and resolve campaign setup and performance issues and work alongside their ad ops counterparts to ensure campaigns are delivering smoothly and soundly.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will have a mathematical and analytical aptitude, with comfortability in tools like Excel and Power BI to organize, consolidate, and interpret large datasets.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will adopt a systematic approach to problem-solving and the ability to proactively troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex data insights and strategies to diverse internal members with different titles and experiences in their careers.

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒThis candidate will have strong soft skills like attention to detail, time management, the ability to work independently or collaboratively, and a self-starting, proactive mindset are crucial.

REQUIREMENTS

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒ1 year+ experience in programmatic trading/campaign management role in the advertising/online media space (video ad experiences a strong plus)

ā€¢ā€ƒā€ƒHighly analytical mindset and skills needed with a hyper focus on profit margins and campaign delivery.
