What You’ll Do
- Meet with individuals and families to help identify financial goals and priorities
- Educate clients on protection planning, retirement strategies, and financial concepts
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Participate in training, mentorship, and professional development programs
- Develop your business through networking, referrals, and community outreach
- Work alongside experienced mentors while building your own practice
Who We’re Looking For
- Self-motivated and growth-oriented individuals
- Strong communicators who enjoy helping others
- Coachable professionals willing to learn new skills
- Individuals comfortable working independently and remotely
- Sales, customer service, management, education, healthcare, or client-facing experience is helpful but not required
- Individuals interested in personal and professional development
Requirements
- Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (guidance provided)
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass any licensing requirements applicable to the position
