The Merchandise Manager is the direct link between the artistās representative(s) and the venue,Ā overseeing the successful operation of all on-site artist/tour merchandise outlets. TheĀ Merchandise ManagerĀ establishesĀ and leads a highly motivated team ofĀ merchandise specialistsĀ whoĀ inventory, distribute, and display each piece of artist merchandiseĀ with pride.Ā Throughout the show, the Merchandise ManagerĀ monitorsĀ inventory levels and requestsĀ additionalĀ stock asĀ required, all while motivating the team toĀ quickly and carefully fulfill each guestās order.Ā After the show is over,Ā the Merchandise Manager oversees the team as they reassembleĀ and inventoryĀ the remaining merchandise.Ā The Merchandise Manager then settles with theĀ artistĀ representatives and completes settlement reports.Ā Once reconciliation is complete and the merchandise returned to theĀ artist,Ā the Merchandise ManagerĀ headsĀ home, knowingĀ the team successfully supported another show in merchandise operationsĀ

Objectives of the RoleĀ
Serve as a liaison amongst Artist/Tour Representative(s), Venue Management, and Merchandise Specialists team.Ā Ā
Oversee team of Merchandise Specialists to ensureĀ an exceptional merchandiseĀ purchasingĀ experience for all guests and fans in Live Nation venuesĀ
Act as a brand ambassador for Live Nation, its local sponsors, and the venueĀ
Ā
Duties & ResponsibilitiesĀ
Communicate with Artist/Tour Representative to advance productĀ lineĀ forĀ upcoming event(s)Ā
Develop Merchandise Specialist schedule based on event projectionsĀ
OverseeĀ inventory count-in and count-out proceduresĀ Ā
Support successful sales operations at each eventĀ byĀ training, mentoring, and motivatingĀ Merchandise Specialists teamĀ
Ensure merchandise standsĀ alwaysĀ remain clean and presentableĀ and displays meet or exceed expectationsĀ
Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locationsĀ
Complete all required reportsĀ in a timely manner, including pre-show, post-show, and payroll reportsĀ
Communicate withĀ Venue ManagementĀ and RegionalĀ Merchandise ManagementĀ teamĀ
Ensure team compliance with Live Nation policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulationsĀ Ā

Must be able to available for the entire concert day, with shifts as long as 15 hours (with breaks)Ā

Must be able to work in outdoor environments inĀ potentiallyĀ extreme temperaturesĀ
