Department: Marketing         FLSA Status: Non-Exempt      Reports To: Clinical Ops Assistant Travel: Up to 80% Position Overview The Brand Ambassador is the face of Associated Retina Consultants inside and out. This dynamic role bridges community outreach and internal culture, representing the ARC brand with passion and professionalism at every touchpoint. You will engage with the public at events and health fairs, build relationships with referral partners, and serve as a culture carrier within our organization, connecting employees across locations through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and meaningful onboarding experiences. Essential Job Functions:  Community Outreach & Brand Representation Represent ARC at community events, including expos, health fairs, and support groups, to promote services and increase brand visibility Build and maintain strong relationships with referring providers, patients, and community partners Communicate ARC’s mission, values, and services clearly and professionally to diverse audiences Set up and manage promotional displays and outreach materials at events Track and maintain outreach activity, leads, and contacts Social Media & Content Support Support and maintain ARC’s social media presence by assisting with content planning, posting, and engagement Generate creative ideas for social media content that highlights company culture, services, and community involvement Assist in developing marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and event collateral Ensure brand consistency across digital and print communications Employee Engagement, Internal Marketing & Onboarding Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives across multiple locations, including events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities Partner with department leaders, supervisors, and location managers to align and implement engagement efforts consistently Support and enhance internal communication efforts to strengthen employee connection and experience Facilitate and deliver new hire orientation, providing an engaging and informative introduction to ARC’s culture, values, and expectations Identify opportunities to improve employee morale, engagement, and overall workplace experience Logistics & Operations: Transport and set up promotional materials and event supplies, including operating the company vehicle. Maintain a valid driver's license with a clean driving record; reliable transportation is required. Manage event logistics with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Responsibilities and duties may be modified, removed, or updated at the discretion of management, formally or informally, communicated verbally or in writing. Qualifications Education Qualifications, Skills, and Experience: Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a natural ability to engage, energize, and inspire people. Creative thinker with a flair for storytelling, events, and brand expression. Previous experience in brand ambassador, community outreach, marketing, event coordination, or a similar role is a plus. Experience planning or facilitating employee engagement activities, training, or onboarding is highly valued. Strong verbal communication and public speaking skills; comfortable presenting to individuals and groups. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams and locations. Active interest in social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Proficiency in basic design tools or willingness to learn (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint) is a bonus. Genuine interest in healthcare, patient experience, and making a difference in the community. Work Schedule & Physical Requirements: Schedule This position may be filled on a full-time or part-time basis    Flexibility required, including occasional evenings and weekends for events Physical Demands Prolonged periods of standing, walking, sitting, reaching above shoulder height, climbing, crawling, and bending. Ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs. Push/pull loads ranging from 10 to 100 lbs. Occasional squatting or kneeling. Flexibility required to meet the demands of the role.
