Hiring baristas with a terrific attitude, experience working in a fast-paced, professional, team-centric environment! We’re looking for those with an unrivaled passion for coffee, it’s not just an interest to you, but your calling!

This position should have coffee making experience, be comfortable within a high energy environment and have the ability to maintain professionalism and be levelheaded during peak hours and high-pressure situations.

Ingo’s Tasty Food (ITF) offers guests all day menus including coffee, full breakfast, pastries, lunch, and dinner favorites.

Day in the Life:

• Skillfully craft the perfect beverage with consistency
• Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards
• Knowledge of recipe adherence with a wide range of beverage offerings
• Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks
• Demonstrate team service throughout shift in high volume, fast-paced environment
• Ability to read tickets and execute any modifications requested
• Understand how to create a great customer service experience
• Accept direction from Management and open to learning new things
• Ability to spend long hours standing and walking
• Be open to cross-training in different areas throughout the restaurant
• Maintaining proper food & alcohol handling, safety, and sanitation standards
