Duties

  • Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Maintain organized filing systems, including digital documents and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval
  • Support office management by scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings
  • Assist with bookkeeping and basic QuickBooks tasks to track expenses and financial records
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and data entry software
  • Prior experience working with multi-line phone systems and managing front desk operations
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for proofreading and document accuracy
  • Knowledge of office management practices, including filing systems and calendar management
  • Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
