Job DetailsJob Location: Phoenix - Phoenix, AZ 85040Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 SalaryJob Shift: Day ShiftThis position is responsible for providing all client service functions across all departments at Prisma, including client, sales and production. Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, be organized, detail oriented and have a basic understanding of printing, mailing and navigating through electronic systems. The ideal candidate is entreprenurial, energetic, organized, continuously learning, customer-focused and professional. Duties: Provide support to the sales team and clients while keeping project moving efficiently through production Clarify project questions with sales and/or client when the project is submitted and throughout production Receive artwork / files, compare job specs to quote and note any changes Communicate proof and project updates to the client Open jobs in the ERP system, Pace, completing all details: due date, approved schedule, all production notes, sample and delivery info, vendor deliveries, mailing instructions, press okays, mock up requests. This includes preparing the project for production by completing internal job bags and billing sleeves Follow all FSC procedures on all FSC required projects Review all proofs received from prepress before sending to sales and / or to client. Plus, prepare change orders for edits after proof reviews. Upon final approval, finalize the proofs for production, making sure that all instructions are clear, concise and accurate. Monitor the project during production Work with all departments throughout Prisma including prepress, press, bindery, grand format, digital, dokshop production, fulfillment, mailing, dokshop admin, pick/pack and shipping Submitting estimate requests Work in a team-orientated environment, including helping other account managers as needed QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty fully. Accurate information and close attention to detail are required. The employee must be available 8-10 hours a day should an emergency occur that would require instructions over the phone or coming into work during off hours. You should be computer literate, and must be able to use Excel, Word, email and be able to quickly learn our programs: Pace, Process Shipper, dokshop, SLIM and ACT. Experience: 3-9 years work experience in a fast-paced, detailed environment, is preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent, plus a college degree is preferred Language and math skills: Professional and business written and verbal skills are required, both client-facing and within the company. Accurate, complete and concise job information must be relayed to production effectively. Basic math skills are used daily. Performance Measurements: Possess and maintain a good attendance record Self-motivated and ability to work independently Perform all assigned duties in a timely manner Demonstrate good problem solving skills Ability to interpret information quickly and react to time-sensitive situations Organization projects at the start of production for success Cooperation and willingness to help others accomplish their objectives
