Responsibilities


Mayo Clinic Arizona is seeking dedicated individuals to join our dynamic Blood & Marrow Transplant (BMT) team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of patients undergoing hematology, transplant, and cellular therapy treatments.  We’re looking for team players who are driven by excellence and a deep sense of empathy for patients and their families.


Position Highlights:

  • Integral role in both the Cellular Therapy Clinic and inpatient BMT unit
  • 12 hour daytime shifts
  • Rotational schedule including holidays and weekends
  • Potential future rotation to outpatient clinic or night coverage (not currently required)
  • Supportive team environment with strong collaboration and camaraderie

During the selection process you may participate in an OnDemand (pre-recorded) interview that you can complete at your convenience. During the OnDemand interview, a question will appear on your screen, and you will have time to consider each question before responding. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question – Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.



Qualifications


Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as an ACNP.

Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.

Additional Qualifications:
- Preferred Hematology APP experience and/or fellowship, new grads with RN or clinical Hematology exp can be considered.
- Active BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
