Our Dishwashers and Prep Cooks play a crucial role in supporting the Heart of House team and keeping the kitchen running smoothly. We are looking for reliable, hard-working team members who take pride in keeping things clean, organized, and efficient while contributing to a positive, team-focused environment.         Key Responsibilities:     Dishwasher: Efficiently clean, sanitize, and organize all dishes, utensils, and cookware. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish station at all times. Follow all sanitation and health guidelines. Assist with cleaning projects in other areas of the restaurant as needed. Support team members to ensure smooth service during busy shifts.     Prep Cook: Roll out pizza dough using the dough machine while following Spinato’s size and portion specifications. Chop vegetables, open canned items, and store food properly in labeled, dated containers. Maintain a clean and sanitized prep station in accordance with Spinato’s standards. Assist with additional prep tasks as directed by kitchen leadership. Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure readiness for service. Qualifications Current Food Handler’s Card (required). Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Ability to lift, stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift up to/over 50 lbs.     Benefits: Free Food!
