Position Summary:
The Arizona Warehouse Utility employee plays a critical dual role supporting both warehouse operations and product assembly. This position is responsible for receiving and shipping materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and assembling high-quality products according to established work instructions and quality standards.

This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.

Job Description The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

Assemble and kit parts according to Work Instructions and Assembly Instructions using hand and power tools
Ensure all parts are properly assembled, bagged, and labeled
Enter completed work into the computer system and track progress
Perform quality checks to identify and correct defects before final production
Prepare items for shipment, verifying information against invoices, bills of lading, and orders
Determine proper shipment methods and inspect outgoing shipments for accuracy
Receive incoming materials, verify contents, and stock inventory
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipment

Requirements

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm; subject to change. Occasional overtime required

Qualifications:

Forklift certification or ability to obtain Nemco certification
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions
Basic computer and data entry skills
Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and quality

Physical Requirements:

Standing: Most tasks performed standing with intermittent walking
Walking: Frequent short distances
Lifting: Frequently 5–60 lbs.; occasionally team lift up to 100 lbs.
Carrying: Occasionally up to 50 lbs.
Pushing/Pulling: Move carts and skids using hand trucks
Bending: Occasional bending
Reaching, Handling, Gripping: Frequent
