Position Summary: Â
The Arizona Warehouse Utility employee plays a critical dual role supporting both warehouse operations and product assembly. This position is responsible for receiving and shipping materials, maintaining accurate inventory, and assembling high-quality products according to established work instructions and quality standards.Â
This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehouse environment.Â
Job Description The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:Â
- Assemble and kit parts according to Work Instructions and Assembly Instructions using hand and power toolsÂ
- Ensure all parts are properly assembled, bagged, and labeledÂ
- Enter completed work into the computer system and track progressÂ
- Perform quality checks to identify and correct defects before final productionÂ
- Prepare items for shipment, verifying information against invoices, bills of lading, and ordersÂ
- Determine proper shipment methods and inspect outgoing shipments for accuracyÂ
- Receive incoming materials, verify contents, and stock inventoryÂ
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, tools, and equipmentÂ

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday (6:00 am – 2:30 pm; subject to change. Occasional overtime required Â
Qualifications: Â
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain Nemco certificationÂ
- High school diploma or equivalent preferredÂ
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or assembly experience preferredÂ
- Ability to read and follow written instructionsÂ
- Basic computer and data entry skillsÂ
- Experience with inventory systems and cycle counting preferredÂ
- Ability to work independently and as part of a teamÂ
- Strong attention to detail and qualityÂ
Physical Requirements: Â
- Standing: Most tasks performed standing with intermittent walkingÂ
- Walking: Frequent short distancesÂ
- Lifting: Frequently 5–60 lbs.; occasionally team lift up to 100 lbs.Â
- Carrying: Occasionally up to 50 lbs.Â
- Pushing/Pulling: Move carts and skids using hand trucksÂ
- Bending: Occasional bendingÂ
- Reaching, Handling, Gripping: FrequentÂ
