We are currently seeking a reliable, detail-oriented assistant painter to join our growing team in the Phoenix metro area.
 SUMMARY
- Full-time painting positions available starting: July 2026
- Core schedule: M-F, up to 40 hours/wk based on project schedule
- Hourly rate: $18+ based on experience with quarterly performance bonus
- Service Area: On-site at client's home - Phoenix, Scottsdale, Southeast Valley
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare, mask, and protect kitchen/bathroom cabinets and job sites
- Sand, clean, and prep surfaces for professional spray finishes
- Taping, sanding, minor repairs as needed
- Apply coatings using spray equipment (training provided)
- Ensure high-quality, factory-like finishes on cabinet doors and frames
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Follow Spray-Net system standards for consistent results
- Exterior painting and refinishing work as we expand services
- Play your part in blowing the customers’ mind! (really they are very impressed with our service and it’s the best part of our job)
QUALIFICATIONS
- Some experience in painting, construction, cabinetry, automotive painting, or similar finish work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable with physical work (standing, lifting, masking, sanding)
- Reliable transportation to job sites across the Valley
- Willingness to learn a proven system and improve skills
- Complete our online and on-site training program
- Enjoy making customers happy
- Flexible working hours
- Ability to work at heights
- English language proficiency

COMPENSATION
- Starting pay:$18+ per hour
- Performance Bonus System for:
- Job completion efficiency (on-time, within schedule)
- Quality control pass rate (low rework / high finish standards)
- Team productivity contributions
- High performers can significantly increase total hourly earnings through bonuses
- Opportunities for pay increases based on skill progression and reliability
SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, occasional Saturday if job runs long
- Full-time work is available when job volume allows
- This role is best suited for someone open to a flexible, project-based schedule
- Work may be structured as contract-style assignments depending on current production demand and booked projects
- Opportunity for consistent hours increases with performance, reliability, and company growth
