Coulter Cadillac Buick GMC is seeking experienced Automotive Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team in Phoenix.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive salesperson who knows how to work a customer, follow up with leads, build relationships, and close deals.

You'll represent an exceptional lineup of new Cadillac, Buick, and GMC vehicles, along with a large selection of quality pre-owned inventory.

With strong showroom traffic, high-quality Internet leads, substantial inventory, and an established reputation in the market, you'll have the tools and opportunity to build a successful and long-term automotive sales career.

Automotive sales experience is required.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll guide customers through the complete vehicle purchase process while providing a professional and exceptional experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Work with showroom customers, Internet leads, phone inquiries, and referrals
  

• Sell new and pre-owned vehicles
  

• Build rapport and identify customer needs
  

• Conduct professional vehicle presentations, walk-arounds, and test drives
  

• Present vehicle features, pricing, trade values, financing, and ownership options
  

• Respond quickly and professionally to Internet and phone leads
  

• Consistently prospect and follow up with customers and unsold opportunities
  

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business
  

• Maintain accurate customer activity and follow-up in the dealership CRM
  

• Work closely with Finance and Sales Management throughout the sales process
  

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through delivery
  

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous automotive dealership sales experience is REQUIRED.

We're looking for proven automotive sales professionals who are:

• Experienced in new and/or used vehicle sales
  

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
  

• Comfortable working Internet leads and CRM systems
  

• Strong communicators and confident closers
  

• Skilled at prospecting and consistent follow-up

Minimum 1 year of automotive sales experience required.

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of automotive dealership sales experience
  

• Previous new and/or used vehicle sales experience
  

• Proven sales performance preferred
  

• Valid driver's license required
  

• Professional appearance and demeanor
  

• Strong communication and customer service skills
  

• Ability to work a dealership schedule, including weekends
