Position: BI Analyst 

Full-time - 40 hrs/wk.   

Job duties:                

• Manages data retrieval and analysis within an organization. 
• Organizes data points and communicating between upper management and the IT department. 
• Assists in analyzing data to determine a corporation’s needs. 
• Reviews data to understand trends and develop insights.
• Establishes performance metrics, creating reports, and communicating findings to guide business decisions and strategies.

Requirements:

Education:     Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent.

Special skills:

5 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters

Alternatively:

Master’s Degree in Business Analytics or a closely related field or the foreign academic equivalent and 3 years of experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, statistics, and business analytic matters. Experience can include coursework and internships.

Salary: $135,845 per year  

Job locations: 19820 N 7th Ave, Ste. 120, Phoenix, AZ 85027. Telecommuting permitted.
