We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant for our behavioral health practice in Arizona.
The role involves full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, managing credit card accounts, processing payroll, and handling tax-related tasks.
Candidates should have strong QuickBooks experience, a solid understanding of bookkeeping, payroll, and taxes, and familiarity with grant accounting.
Experience in healthcare or behavioral health is preferred, along with knowledge of Kipu or similar medical billing software.
The salary for this position ranges from $50,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year, and a minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required.

Bookkeeper / Accountant

We're looking for an experienced Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our behavioral health practice in Arizona.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping in QuickBooks, including classifying payments and allocating bills
Manage credit card accounts and reconcile transactions
Process payroll
Handle tax-related tasks and filings
Properly allocate and track grant funding
Work with our medical billing system (Kipu) to ensure accurate revenue posting
Manage AHCCCS/Medicaid billing and reimbursements
