- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate to streamline business workflows.
- Configure and maintain Microsoft SharePoint for content management, collaboration, and project tracking.
- Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards and visual reports to monitor KPIs, regulatory compliance, and operational metrics.
- Support integration between Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and other enterprise systems like Archer GRC.
- Analyze existing business processes, identify automation opportunities, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Document requirements, workflows, and technical specifications for automation projects.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into functional automation and reporting solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate automation performance, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and compliance with organizational standards.
- Manage a portfolio of process automation and reporting projects from concept through implementation.
- Coordinate across multiple teams and business units to ensure alignment, transparency, and timely delivery.
- Communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes through Power BI dashboards and executive-level reports.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, reviews, and workshops to support continuous improvement and adoption of automation initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Automation Analyst within large enterprise or regulated environments.
- Proven experience with:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate)
- Microsoft SharePoint (configuration, site management, permissions)
- Archer GRC platform for governance and compliance tracking.
- Strong understanding of business process management, data visualization, and automation design.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall and Agile preferred).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical details into business insights.
- Advanced skills in Excel, reporting, and dashboard storytelling.
- Certification in Power Platform, Project Management (PMP), or Archer GRC.
- Experience managing global or regulatory initiatives.
- Background in data governance, risk management, or compliance-focused automation.
