We’re searching for a high-performing Captive Coordinator I to join our team! This position is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, takes pride in accuracy, and wants to grow in a professional services environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience across insurance administration, claims support, client documentation, and internal operations while developing valuable knowledge of captive company management. If you are dependable, curious, and comfortable managing multiple priorities, this role offers a strong foundation for long-term growth.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, and review company documents to ensure information is accurate, complete, and properly maintained
- Assist with policy issuance, renewals, invoicing, endorsements, and other insurance administration tasks
- Support annual insurance processes and help ensure deadlines, deliverables, and documentation requirements are met
- Maintain organized client and company files, records, reports, and supporting documentation
- Draft and prepare routine correspondence, status updates, and internal communication
- Enter, update, and verify information in internal databases, tracking systems, and client records
- Process incoming claims by collecting documentation, entering claim information, and supporting timely follow-up
- Support regular claims adjudication discussions and help track open items through completion
- Assist with special projects, peak workload periods, and other operational needs as assigned
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen accuracy, and enhance the experience of internal and external stakeholders
Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in insurance, business operations, administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate work
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
