- A COTA who genuinely enjoys working with kids
- Graduate of an accredited OTA program
- Current Arizona OT licensure/registration
- Pediatric experience is a plus
- Someone who can confidently implement treatment plans, document care, and keep things moving
- A team player who believes we’re better when we grow together
