Role Summary
We're looking for an exceptional leader to help fuel the expansion of our cutting-edge data center infrastructure. As a fast-moving, trailblazing organization, we deliver sustainable, reliable solutions that help our clients scale high-performance, high-density workloads, giving you direct exposure to some of the most advanced cooling and electrical systems on the market today.
As a foundational member of our Critical Facilities Maintenance (CFM) team, you'll serve as a senior technical leader guiding the operation, maintenance, and repair of critical data center systems, with a strong focus on electrical power delivery and cooling infrastructure. This role is accountable for 24/7 reliability and customer uptime - you'll supervise and mentor a team of 10+ engineers, lead hands-on training, and drive major capital projects alongside construction, engineering, and controls teams.
At the Senior level, this role expands into regional leadership, directing cross-site initiatives, building training programs, and driving innovation in maintenance and reliability as the business scales across multiple facilities.
