Unit Description
Delaware North Gaming operates Phoenix Park and Swap in Phoenix, Arizona, a fun and safe outdoor destination featuring new and used products, vehicles for sale, and amusement rides. It serves over one million visitors annually.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct clean-up team members during and after operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
- Oversee cleaning of selling lots, parking areas, bathrooms, and office spaces, ensuring they are ready for daily operations and properly stocked with essentials
- Coordinate and supervise clean-up efforts during inclement weather, such as rain or monsoons, ensuring team members are properly scheduled and prepared
- Communicate with management regarding clean-up operations, potential hazards, and assist with routine maintenance projects
- Conduct employee counseling as needed, create schedules, and actively participate in hands-on clean-up tasks alongside the team
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience doing basic maintenance and plumbing experience
- Licensed to operate forklifts; a valid driver’s license required
- Ability to operate a sweeper truck
- Flexibility with scheduling
- Some skill with plumbing, painting, landscaping, and general repair
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to safely operate gas and electric carts
- Bending, stooping, and the ability to lift to 50 pounds
- Standing and walking for the majority of the shift
- Must be able to work outside in all types of weather
