We are seeking a motivated CMM Programmer to join our team and support daily operations while meeting customer and regulatory requirements. Position Summary:   As a CMM Programmer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the precision and accuracy of our products. You will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) using PC-DMIS and CMM Manager software to perform quality inspections and support the highest standards of quality within our manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities • Develop, modify, and execute CMM programs using PC-DMIS and CMM Manager to perform dimensional inspections of parts and assemblies. • Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure parts are within tolerance. • Perform routine, first article, in-process, and final inspections to verify product conformance. • Troubleshoot and resolve CMM programming, probing, fixturing, or measurement issues. • Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to improve inspection methods, reduce defects, and support continuous improvement initiatives. • Analyze inspection data, document results, and generate clear, accurate inspection reports. • Maintain CMM programs, inspection records, and related quality documentation. • Ensure compliance with internal quality procedures and applicable industry standards (e.g., AS9100, customer specifications).   Qualifications • Minimum of 3 years of experience programming and operating CMMs using PC-DMIS and/or CMM Manager software. • Strong understanding of CMM programming, dimensional inspection principles, and metrology best practices. • Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T. • Experience with dimensional analysis and tolerance evaluation. • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to CMM hardware, probes, and software. • High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with minimal supervision.
