Northern Arizona Refrigeration (NAR) is hiring Commercial HVAC/R Service Technicians to service convenience store customers throughout the Greater Phoenix area. Whether you have direct c-store experience or you’re a trade school graduate with 1–2 years of commercial service experience, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected, family-run contractor.

What You’ll Do

• Service, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems for convenience store clients
• Work on equipment such as RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, ice machines, and related controls
• Perform scheduled maintenance, emergency service calls, and system diagnostics
• Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and internal team members
• Complete accurate service tickets and documentation daily
• Follow safety procedures, company standards, and customer site requirements
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and a professional jobsite presence
• Participate in on-call rotation and overtime as needed

What You Bring

• 1–2 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience (or relevant trade school training)
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to service work
• Dependable, positive, and professional attitude
• Willingness to work on call and overtime when needed
• OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a federally compliant drug test and background check
