- Control Point Establishment: Set up and verify primary project control lines, benchmarks, and vertical/horizontal elevations on the jobsite.
- Robotic Layout & Staking: Use optical and Trimble GPS instruments to locate and stake points for footings, grade beams, foundation walls, columns, post-tensioned cables, and elevated decks.
- Embed & Penetration Verification: Mark and verify the precise positioning of anchor bolts, weld plates, plumbing/electrical block-outs, and structural embeds prior to concrete placement.
- Plan & Model Interpretation: Read architectural, civil, and structural CAD/BIM blueprints to extract coordinate points and identify potential constructability conflicts.
- As-Built Documentation: Conduct post-pour surveys to generate as-built data and ensure elements fall within engineering tolerance limits.
- Field Coordination: Communicate layout marks and tolerances directly to carpenters, ironworkers, site superintendents, and project managers.
