About the Role:
Roberts Construction Company is looking for hardworking and detail-oriented Construction Cleaners to join our team in Phoenix, AZ! Responsibilities:
- Perform post-construction cleanup on residential and/or commercial job sites
- Remove debris, dust, and construction waste from interior and exterior areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wipe down surfaces including windows, floors, and fixtures
- Safely dispose of construction materials and waste in designated areas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant job site at all times
- Operate basic cleaning equipment and tools as needed
- Coordinate with construction crew and site supervisors to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
- Prior construction cleaning or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Familiarity with basic cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must
- Must be able to follow safety protocols and wear required PPE on job sites
