As a Contents Mover, you'll be responsible for safely packing, transporting, and organizing customers' belongings while providing exceptional customer service throughout the restoration process. What You'll Do

Pack, wrap, inventory, and protect furniture, electronics, household goods, and commercial contents for transport and storage.
Safely load, unload, move, and transport customer belongings while minimizing the risk of damage.
Prepare and maintain accurate inventories and documentation.
Assemble and disassemble furniture and fixtures as needed.
Maintain company vehicles, trailers, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
Communicate professionally with customers, coworkers, and management.
Follow company policies, safety procedures, and proper lifting techniques.
Deliver outstanding customer service while representing the company with professionalism.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in moving, restoration, warehouse, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis.
Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
