General Summary: The Site Director is responsible for directing the operations of the assigned site(s), ensuring that regulatory standards and administrative policies and procedures are followed. The Site Director acts as a liaison to various agencies and stakeholders. Employees in this classification supervise the work of professional, technical and clerical staff and do other work as assigned.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides administrative support, leadership and oversight for site.

· Develops and maintains professional relationships with various officials and professional workers.

· Serves as the central point of contact for program services; provides positive public relations for all programs.

· Working collaboratively with Human Resources, has responsibility for hiring, developing, retaining, evaluating, disciplining and discharging of program staff.

· Consults with supervisor and/or Human Resources as necessary regarding all legal issues, serious programmatic issues, and critical events.

· Provides administrative supervision of assigned supervisory and support staff.

· Fills in for supervisors as needed; is on-call for program emergencies.

· Participates in annual budget preparation and is accountable for site’s adherence to annual budget parameters.

· Follows agency purchasing and accounting procedures; ensures support and program staff do also.

· Ensures program staff receive annual and in-service training, and coaching, on an on-going basis.

· Participates in Management Team meetings, conferences, and other agency-related meetings, as necessary.

· Conducts regular staff meetings for site staff.

· Ensures that cleanliness and safety standards for the site are met, and that appearance of the site and vehicles are maintained.

· Ensures that member files are maintained in accordance with the Organization and contractual standards.

· Ensures that program data is collected through established protocols to document outcome measures.

· Supports the organization’s mission, goals and management decisions; promotes an empirical behavioral model in program services.

· Maintains an approved schedule and acceptable level of attendance.

· Performs other duties as assigned or necessary as they relate to the general nature of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Education – Master’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health preferred, but not required. Bachelor’s degree required.

· Experience – Management experience of 2 years in outpatient administrative supervision.

· Licensure – Behavioral Health licensure not required, but preferred.

Regulatory –

o Minimum 21 years of age.

o Arizona Driver’s License, 39-month Motor Vehicle Report and proof of vehicle

registration and liability insurance that meets insurance requirements. Must be able

to provide own, reliable transportation, if required.

o Must possess Level 1 fingerprint clearance.

o CPR and First Aid certification, if required (Employer provides).

o Initial current negative TB test result, if required (Employer provides).

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

· Language – Comprehension of the English language, verbally and in writing, and the ability to read, write and speak English. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. · Technology – Computer literacy to include working knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems, Word, Outlook and Excel application; ability to utilize Electronic Health Record (EHR).
