Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
Analyze customer surveys and feedback to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.Â
Develop and implement creative, data-driven solutions to enhance customer experience.Â
Proactively reach out to customers with tailored resolutions based on findings.Â
Manage time-sensitive issues while meeting tight deadlines in a high-volume environment Â
Monitor and evaluate customer interactions for quality assurance (QA) purposes.Â
Address and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency.Â
Review and respond to BBB complaints with well-structured, customer-focused solutions. Â
Lead and contribute to customer-facing projects and continuous improvement initiatives.Â
QualificationsÂ
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Â
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Â
Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.Â
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Â
Preferred QualificationsÂ
Experience in customer service or customer experience roles. Â
Familiarity with Moving Help services or similar industries. Â
Experience with QA monitoring, complaint resolution, or customer analytics.Â
