Job DetailsJob Location: Corporate - Tolleson, AZ 85353Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 SalaryEnergy Transport Logistics is seeking a self-motivated individual to serve as a Data Analyst in our Profit Assurance Team.  This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and translating operational needs into effective reporting solutions.  The analyst ensures technology initiatives improve efficiency, transparency, safety, compliance, and customer service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain existing daily, weekly & monthly report schedules, Implement processes for improvement & automation. Partner with management to document business needs and collaborate with software providers to support data & reporting needs. Build & maintain management dashboard Other data and reporting tasks as assigned Qualifications  Experience in Transportation & Logistics Preferred 3+ years’ experience in business analytics, data analytics, or operations analysis Experience with data modeling and relational database design Strong data validation and reconciliation capabilities Data transformation experience (Power Query or similar) KPI framework development and executive dashboard design SQL performance optimization and indexing knowledge Ability to translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions Strong cross-functional communication skills Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence platforms Ability to design interactive dashboards and executive-level reporting Strong communications skills; verbal, written and phone. Strong understanding of all MS Office Programs.  Exposure to building reports and data dashboards.
