Class A CDL Regional Driver – Phoenix Hub
Weekly Earnings: $0.60/mile + $25/stop + $100/load ($1,400 Guarantee)
Who We Need
- Valid Commercial Class A CDL
- Experience Levels Accepted: No CDL (trainee), Class A with 0 experience, 6 months in the last 1 year, OR 12 months in the last 5 years
- Open to variable day or night shifts, weekend deliveries, and holiday shifts
- Drug Testing: Must clear pre-employment urine and hair follicle screenings
Pay & Benefits Structure
- Loaded Mileage Pay: $0.60 per mile (~1,800 miles/week)
- Stop Pay: $25.00 for every delivery stop
- Unload Rate: $100.00 flat fee per load
- Guaranteed Minimum: $1,400 weekly pay guarantee for your first 3 months solo

Route & Duty Details
- Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (extra mid-week home time possible on local AZ runs)
- Regional Lanes: Servicing routes across SoCal (San Diego area), Nevada (Las Vegas), Utah, and Arizona
- Physical Unloads: Dedicated dry retail freight using liftgate trailers and RotoCarts (60% carts, 40% loose boxes)
